INGREDIENTS: Chicken breasts Butter Cheese Fresh dill Eggs Crumbs for breading Salt, pepper Vegetable oil for frying METHOD: Spread a chicken breast, place a small cube of butter and cheese in the middle, add a bit of fresh dill. Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Roll the chicken breast into a tight roll covering the stuffing from all sides, dip in the beaten egg, cover with breading, dip in the egg again and roll it once more in the breading at least 3 coats are needed, 5 are just perfect. Fry in an abundant amount of oil 7 minutes on each side and serve hot with salad and potatoes. You can vary the herbs and sorts of cheese, from classic gouda to cheddar or feta. Remember, when cutting into the ready chicken roll hot butter may spurt out!
