firm red tomatoes, at room temperature cloves garlic, minced salt and pepper butter fresh parsley, minced salt and pepper freshly grated Parmesan cheese fresh bread crumbs Each tomato will serve 2 people, so plan accordingly. Halve each tomato. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle garlic and parsley over the tomato halves. Place one teaspoon of butter on each half. Sprinkle Parmesan on each half. Lightly dust each tomato half with bread crumbs. Run tomato halves under the broiler. Watch carefully or they will burn! Serve very hot.
