4 tomatoes, peeled and cut into 6 wedges each, seeded 1/2 tsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. butter 1/4 c. chopped green onion 1/2 c. dry white wine 1/2 c. butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley Sprinkle tomatoes with sugar; set aside. Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add onion and heat through. Add wine. Cook and stir until liquid is slightly reduced. Add tomatoes and heat through. Add remaining ingredients. Heat, stirring gently, just until butter melts. Season. Serves 6 to 8.
