PREPARATION:
Peel and clean the mangos and the peaches. Dice into about 3/4 inch pieces.
In a heavy saucepan, Place all of the ingredients and cook the mixture over a slow heat for 1 hour until well-reduced and thickened. Remove from the heat and let cool.
