PEACH AND MANGO CHUTNEY

You will love to use this chutney to spice up your cooking!


INGREDIENTS:
•4 medium mangos
•4 ripe peaches
•2 Jalapeno peppers, seeded & sliced
•2 ounces vinegar
•1 tablespoon ginger
•1 dash cinnamon
•1 teaspoon salt
•1 cup sugar
•1/2 cup white wine
•1/2 teaspoon allspice
•1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
•1 whole clove

PREPARATION:
•Peel and clean the mangos and the peaches. Dice into about 3/4 inch pieces.

•In a heavy saucepan, Place all of the ingredients and cook the mixture over a slow heat for 1 hour until well-reduced and thickened. Remove from the heat and let cool.
