1 chopped onion 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 2 c. water 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 bay leaf 1/2 tsp. pepper Saute chopped onions in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Add the following: 1 lb. light fleshed fish 1 lb. scallops 1 lb. shrimp 1 lb. crab legs 8 to 12 clams Cook until clams open, approximately 15 minutes. Serve with crusty bread.
