Lebanese Meat pies!



INGREDIENTS:

Bread dough Chopped lamb onion salt snow bud lemon cream cheese Simmer lamb and onions. Add snow bud & salt. After cooking, add cream cheese. Roll dough into small balls and roll out. Fill with heaping tablespoons of meat filling. Fold into triangle leaving top open. Bake at 425 on oiled sheet for 15-20 minutes.
