©GUTSY GOURMET HONEY/CHIPOTLE` BACK RIB SAUCE

Hot and sweet with a kick!



INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients:
8 cups Catsup 
3 cups Brown sugar -- packed
3 cups honey 
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 
3 tablespoons Dry mustard 
2 cups Jeramiah Weed Bourbon Whiskey liqueur 
1/2 cup Cider vinegar 
1/2 cup Soy sauce 
1/2 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 
Combine all ingredients in med. saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce
heat to low; simmer uncovered 20 to 25 mins. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Makes at least a 1/2 gal.**
**Will keep in the fridge for weeks.
