9 Oysters 1 cup Bread Crumbs (Panko) 2 eggs 3 cups vegetable oil 5 tablespoons wheat flour 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard Vegetables and fruit to garnish as a salad (Oranges, tomato, cucumber, cabbage) METHOD : Wash Oysters Dip Oysters in egg wash with salt and pepper Dip Oysters in wheat flour Put vegetable oil in pan, and heat oil. Place breaded oysters in pan and cook till golden brown. Place oysters on paper towels to absorb oil. Place salad garnish on a serving dish Place fried oysters with a chili sauce
