1 lb roasted red bell peppers, can use jarred, Mezzettaฎ makes excellent peppers 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and deveined (Roasted if possible) 1lb goat cheese 1/4 cup Parmesano Reggiano, grated 1/2 tsp honey 1/4 cup parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Put peppers into work bowl of a process bowl and puree. Add all other ingredients and pulse until combined. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste Yield: 4 1/2 cups
