CREME FRAICHE

Another way to make creme fraiche!



INGREDIENTS:
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon buttermilk or lemon juice

Mix heavy cream and buttermilk or lemon juice together in a glass jar. Shake well to combine. Place jar in an oven or on a stove, using the pilot light as the heat source, for 8 to 24 hours.
Refrigerate before using.
