TAMARIND GLACE'

A sweet flavorful finishing glace' for seafood, poultry and meats!


INGREDIENTS:
*4 oz. Tamarind pulp
*1 cup Warm water
*1/4 cup Plum wine
*1 pc. Star anise
*1 stick Cinnamon
*1/4 cup Honey
*2 Tbls. Sambal (Asian red chili paste)
PREPARATION: Mix the above ingredients together and refrigerate. Brush on to grilling food at the last few minutes to attain a dark sweet glace' for a finished flavor.
