COLESLAW BUZZ

No barbecue should be without slaw! Try this recipe developed by Buzz!



INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
6 teaspoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey mustard
2 teaspoons creamed horseradish
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Tabascoฎ sauce
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Salt and fresh black pepper
5 cups shredded green cabbage (just plain old cabbage, no fancy stuff!)

PREPARATION:
In a large bowl blend together all ingredients except cabbage; season to taste with salt and pepper. Add cabbage(If you washed it, make sure it is dry) and toss well to combine. Chill, covered, for at least 6 hours or better, overnight.

SERVES 4
