PREPARATION:
In a large saucepan, heat the oil and saute the onions and red pepper.
Add the bananas, pineapple and orange juice. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the bananas are soft.
Remove from the heat and add the lime juice, cilantro hot chile peppers and 3 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well
Pour on top of fettuccini and top with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
