LEMON - YOGURT CAKE

RECIPE #2



INGREDIENTS:

2 sticks butter 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. lemon zest 1 tsp. baking powder 1 c. plain yogurt Grease and flour or spray with Pam a Bundt pan. In large bowl beat butter until fluffy. Slowly beat in 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add lemon juice and zest and fold in dry ingredients. Add yogurt last. Bake at 350Ί degrees until done, about 25 minutes.
