GRILLED ASPARAGUS

Who says you have to boil asparagus!



INGREDIENTS:

                                              Top-of-season asparagus is enhanced only by a little olive-oil cooking
                                              spray and salt in a simple and sensational side dish. 

                                              1 1/2 pounds asparagus, trimmed
                                              Nonstick olive oil spray 

                                              Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Lightly spray asparagus with
                                              olive oil spray. Grill asparagus until tender and beginning to brown,
                                              turning frequently, about 5 minutes. Transfer to platter. Sprinkle
                                              with salt to taste. Serve warm or at room temperature. 

                                              Makes 6 Servings.
