1 c. soft butter or margarine 3/4 c. sugar 2 egg yolks 2 c. sifted flour 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. sherry 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Cream butter and 2/3 sugar. Add egg yolks. Beat until light. Add sifted flour and salt alternately with sherry; mix well. Force through a pastry tube onto cookie sheets in the shape of 2-inch wreath. Bake in 375 degrees oven about 10 minutes. Sprinkle warm cookies with 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon, mixed together. Makes about 40 cookies. Can be frozen.
