JEWISH APPLE CAKE

Moist and delicious!



INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 c. Mazola oil 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 4 tsp. baking powder 4 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. vanilla 6 apples, sliced thin 1 c. nuts, chopped 4 Tbsp. granulated sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon Beat eggs; gradually add sugar and oil. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon together. Add to egg mixture. Add vanilla. Fold in apples and nuts. Sprinkle with topping made with 4 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
