 0VEN ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS WITH BALSAMIC/HONEY DRESSING
		
✹INGREDIENTS: YIELD HERE

• 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts
• 3 tablespoons good olive oil
• ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
• ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

+ Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

1.  Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. 

2.  Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper.

3.  Pour them on a sheet pan and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. 

4. Shake the pan from time to time roll the sprouts so they brown evenly. 

5. Remove from the heat and drizzle with the Honey/Balsamic**SEE COOKS NOTE** sauce

**COOKS NOTE**
1.  Take ½ cup of Balsamic vinegar and ½ cup of honey and simmer on the stove until thickened.  Pour over the brussel sprouts and serve.
