Native American Blueberry-Chipotlè sauce
A tart sweet and spicy sauce that goes well with all grilled food.
Native Americans have been grilling their catch for many years. This sauce developed by them from naturally growing
berries and peppers is the perfect pairing for that sweet, tart and spicy for meat, fish, poultry and most other game.

INGREDIENTS: Makes 1 cup
• 3/4 cup blueberry preserves
• 1 piece chipotlè 1n adobo sauce (one chile from the can)
• 1 teaspoon(s) adobo sauce from chipotlè can
• Mix the chipotlè liquid from the can with the blueberry preserves, and add the piece of whole chipotlè chile to the sauce
in one piece and put in a ajar or air-tight container in the refrigerator. Serve at room temperature with grilled food.
